Orders & Payment
Choose your product, select the color or spec you want (like switch type or keyboard color), and complete checkout. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.
We accept mada, Visa, Mastercard, and Apple Pay, along with other digital payment options shown at checkout.
You can reach out within a few hours of placing your order, before it enters processing, and we'll try to help you edit or cancel it. Once an order has shipped, we're no longer able to cancel it.

Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across all regions of Saudi Arabia, as well as the Gulf and internationally — see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Within Saudi Arabia: 2 to 5 business days after shipping. International delivery times vary by destination.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email within 1-3 days, which you can use to follow your shipment step by step. You can also use of the track page in the website
Returns & Warranty
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
All our products are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted brands. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, contact us right away and we'll resolve it.
